The raw material from which our bathroom cabinets are made is characterized by very good technical parameters, making this furniture great for everyday use and does not lose its properties even with long-term exposure. All bodies of our bathroom cabinets, regardless of color, have a matte finish.
Fronts:
The front of the narrow standing bathroom cabinet FIN in matte version is made from chipboard with a thickness of 16 mm, covered with a durable laminate. Thanks to this, the cabinet is characterized by high resistance to minor mechanical damages, such as cracks and scratches, as well as resistance to factors such as moisture, UV radiation, or high temperature.
Fronts of standing bathroom cabinets FIN in glossy version are made from MDF board (acrylic) and have a thickness of 18 mm. Although the handle may seem like a less important element of the cabinet at first glance, it actually significantly affects the final appearance of the product, as well as the comfort of its use. The handles of our bathroom furniture are made from high-quality material, ensuring high resistance to fading and wear.
Certificate:
Standing bathroom cabinets from the FIN series meet the requirements of hygiene class E1. This means that in these products, the formaldehyde content does not exceed safety standards, making them suitable for use not only in private homes but also in kindergartens and schools, public facilities, or even hospitals and clinics.
The laminated chipboards we use for the production of our AKORD furniture meet the requirements of the PN EN 312:2011 standard in class P2 (boards for general use in furniture making). The surface layer of chipboards meets the requirements set by the PN EN 14322:2022-04 standard in terms of resistance to abrasion, cracking, contamination, and the effects of external factors such as temperature, humidity, or sunlight.
The boards used in Fabryka Mebli AKORD also have FSC certification. This is confirmation that the wood used for the production of the boards was obtained from responsible sources, without disrupting the forest structure and biological wealth.
